Best of the Week

This week not a single mid-century modern or contemporary home hit the market. The lack of inventory is still an ongoing issue. These homes disappear from the market as quickly as they appear. In fact, the last mid-century home to become available was last week and had twelve offers in two days.

One of the best parts of our week is sharing these homes with you, but this week we had to do something a little different. This week embrace the holiday season by picturing yourself in a cozy Christmas cottage. If these don’t do it for you, don’t worry the market should pick back up after the holiday season!
