Hey there, can you believe it’s already May? It certainly feels like summer is here! We may be eager, but it’s the perfect time for all things real estate. Early summer is a fantastic time to explore or list a property. We’re just wrapping up the lively spring market and have a brief moment before the tranquil period of mid to late summer sets in.
